What Eco Home and Tree Care, LLC collects through isawyourtree.com, why, and what you can do about it.
Last updated: [date]
1. Who we are
Eco Home and Tree Care, LLC, a local home and landscape services company serving Indianapolis and the surrounding counties. Contact: help@isawyourtree.com, (317) 523-9246.
2. Information you give us
Sign-up form submissions (name, service address, apartment or unit, city, state, ZIP, email, phone, selected services, and your notes), quote requests, quick job contact messages, and job applications including resumes and cover letters. We ask only for what we need to quote and perform work or evaluate an application.
3. Information collected automatically
Standard server logs (IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, timestamps) kept by our web host. This is used for security and troubleshooting. We do not combine it with anything else or use it to build a profile of you.
4. How we use your information
To contact you about your request, prepare and send quotes, schedule and perform work, bill and collect payment, respond to messages, evaluate job applications, send service or promotional messages you have opted into, meet legal and insurance obligations, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Platforms and service providers
This site has no login and no customer-facing database. When you submit a form, your browser sends it, over a secure (HTTPS) connection, to our own server, which then passes it to GoHighLevel, the CRM where we keep customer, applicant, and lead records — your browser never contacts GoHighLevel directly. We use Microsoft 365 for email, and a third-party payment processor for deposits and payment plans. We do not currently run Google Analytics or any other analytics service. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms, and card details are handled entirely by the payment processor — we never see or store full card numbers. Providers may change; this list is kept current as best we can.
6. Cookies and local storage
We do not run advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not set marketing cookies. No page on this site loads a third-party script or an embedded iframe for its forms — the sign-up form, the job application on each job listing page, and the Quick Job Contact form are all our own markup, submitted first to our own server rather than to any third party. That means visiting a page with a form sets no third-party cookie at all. The only thing the site stores on your device is an unsent draft of the sign-up form, saved locally in your browser so you can finish it later — it never leaves your device unless you submit the form, and is cleared automatically once you do. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, this policy and the Opt-In/Out policies page will be updated first.
7. Marketing messages, calls, and texts
By submitting the sign-up form and checking the consent box you agree to be contacted about your request by phone, text, or email. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text or use the unsubscribe link in any email to opt out; transactional messages about work already scheduled may still be sent.
8. Sharing and disclosure
We share information with the service providers above, with subcontractors or crew who need it to perform your job, with our insurer or advisors where necessary, and where required by law or to establish or defend a legal claim. If the business is ever sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction.
9. Data retention
Sign-up and customer records are kept while you are an active or prospective customer and afterward as long as needed for warranty, tax, and legal purposes. Job applications are retained for a reasonable period after a hiring decision. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it — see below.
10. Your rights and choices
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — excluding anything we must keep for legal, tax, or insurance reasons. Email help@isawyourtree.com and tell us what you want; we may need to verify your identity first. Residents of states with specific privacy statutes have those rights as well, and we will honor them without discriminating against you for asking.
11. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, access to customer records is limited to people who need it, accounts use strong authentication, and payment processing is handled by a PCI-compliant processor. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Links to other sites
Pages link out to other services — most notably our payment links. Those sites are not ours: visiting one can collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with it under their own privacy terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we link to, including our payment processor. This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
