Multiple positions open by region that allow for OJT, team cross training, specialization in additional technical services, become an expert, and take a leadership role when capable if desired. Use landscape and tree equipment such as chainsaws, and other tree equipment safely and responsibly. Get certifications. Train others. Help interview, pick, and train new team members. Keep equipment service ready, and project and protect a marketable cohesive company image. Seeking Tree Climbers and want-to-be climbers as well as ground crew members where everyone is getting better -always in some state of in-training (need to love tree work). Be equipment and safety responsible. Ground skills and great team flow are important for a good team. You don’t have to be a climber or even desire to climb, to take on and fill a role that makes our team stronger, but possible training with Gaffs, MRS, or SRS/SRT, and even ladder capable will greatly expand your work involvements and improve the work capabilities of your future team.

Heavy physical work at times. Building skills and body endurance is to be expected. Possible off day duties available, depending on alignment to longer term career goals, training needed or desired, and performance as well as competence, desire, and any noteworthy prior professional experience. Large equipment experience such as chippers, bucket trucks and lifts, and skills to help direct team members.

Pay level including start costs and insurance $18+ after initial training, (TBD with OJT considerations at interview), commensurate with performance. Benefits and additional bonuses achievable. Inquire after applying. Experienced climbers can expect higher compensation, team lead positions, personal equipment support and allowances.

All positions will start out with training and OJT, to gain work exposure and familiarity, filling a wide variety of roles as an independent and individualized "contractor", removed from that of the company employee groups under any one or more internal umbrella, and I acknowledge that I am neither a salary or hourly employee of the company such that I offer my services to said company as an independent contractor, setting my own hours, and tracking my own business expenses and income(s) for taxation purposes. I will report 1099 information directly to the company for all taxation compliance and accounting preparedness, and to increase the awareness and accuracy and consistency of my earned commissions, including a running total of working hours, available work status, planned time off, and maintain core hours generally expected to be reachable by phone while in-office or on work sites, where my continued work for hire may line up with the goals of the company and at any time may be evaluated. If found unfavorable or unsupportable or outside the boundaries of compliance, we may sever all ties (in all regards), with regards to employer AND contractor or subcontractor or independant contractor, . This is clearly an end to any future pay earnings or any benefits whatsoever, that have not been previously authorized, and none such shall follow except where other agreements have been enacted and whereby it is allowed by law. Signature asserting that I am fully aware of these specific differences and allowances, and that I shall give due diligence to maintaining legal compliance for accounting and taxation, and to maintain the status in all regards to hold the company harmless in first and second hand, first and second and third party interactions and scenarios. If I become aware of any changes to the accepted accounting or taxation procedures or processes, I shall promptly bring these to the attention of those involved in the accounting and taxation maintenances to make further research and adjustments where possible and discuss changes or impacts to the overall working governance and protections of all stakeholders.
