Multiple positions open by region that allow for OJT, team cross training, specialization in additional technical services, become an expert, and take a leadership role when capable if desired. Use landscape and tree equipment such as chainsaws, and other tree equipment safely and responsibly. Get certifications. Train others. Help interview, pick, and train new team members. Keep equipment service ready, and project and protect a marketable cohesive company image. Seeking Tree Climbers and want-to-be climbers as well as ground crew members where everyone is getting better -always in some state of in-training (need to love tree work). Be equipment and safety responsible. Ground skills and great team flow are important for a good team. You don’t have to be a climber or even desire to climb, to take on and fill a role that makes our team stronger, but possible training with Gaffs, MRS, or SRS/SRT, and even ladder capable will greatly expand your work involvements and improve the work capabilities of your future team.
Heavy physical work at times. Building skills and body endurance is to be expected. Possible off day duties available, depending on alignment to longer term career goals, training needed or desired, and performance as well as competence, desire, and any noteworthy prior professional experience. Large equipment experience such as chippers, bucket trucks and lifts, and skills to help direct team members.
Pay level including start costs and insurance $18+ after initial training, (TBD with OJT considerations at interview), commensurate with performance. Benefits and additional bonuses achievable.
