Core work may include various grounds and aesthetic services, seasonal services, property maintenance and services on schedules, in addition to mow-trim-blow services. Person to be reasonably weather prepared and time conscious, and willing to handle or communicate emergencies, if they arise. Must have high commitment to complete spring, summer, and fall seasons, in Indiana, to achieve additional bonuses, potential temporary work around Keys, Miami, and Orlando Florida for winter months. Be responsible with and help maintain equipment as necessary to meet schedules.
